Orem, UT – February 9, 2012 – Red Tree Leadership and Development announced today an update to the Change Essentials program. Change Essentials is a training workshop offered by Red Tree based on the world’s best-selling business book, Who Moved My Cheese?.
The updates strengthen the program in several key areas and help participants in the program to more fully understand the importance of Anticipating Change, Taking New Actions, Recognizing Obstacles, and Imagining Success.
The Change Profile portion of the manual has also been updated to dig even deeper and help participants more effectively measure their beliefs and attitudes in 5 key areas about change. The Change Profile is also being offered online with more detailed reporting options.
